Marquetry

Marquetry is the art of creating designs and pictures with wood veneers. As it uses small amounts of wood, marquetry is an environmentally friendly way of using exotic wood. The care taken in choosing unique veneers, designing the picture, and the skill in cutting each piece makes marquetry pieces extraordinary and unique.
